Products eligible for replacement or refund may be returned to Atlascopy,
Inc. in the following manner and conditions: Returns must be made within 90
days of the invoice date.
Before returning any item, you must
contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA
number must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers
are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within
10 days of obtaining the RMA number.
You are responsible for shipping
costs of all returns. All refunds for defective and non-defective items
exclude shipping and handling charges.
Non defective items are subject to a 20% restocking
charge.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for
refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you used a
credit card to make your purchase we will credit the same card number.
If you made your purchase with a check or money order we will send you a
check in the mail.
In order to
receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging
and with all parts, instructions and accessories. The original invoice must be included and the RMA number visible on the package.
Any discrepancies could result in a forfeiture of your
refund.
Refill kits must be properly packaged for return. If we
receive a refill kit that is leaking or otherwise un-sellable a partial refund
will be issued.
Purge Kits are not returnable if used and Flush Kits are non-returnable
if the bubble packaging has been opened. Bulk Ink is not returnable, replaceable or refundable. Bulk ink is
intended for experienced refillers, professional cartridge recyclers, and
cartridge manufacturers. Customers are urged to use our refill kits to
gain experience before ordering bulk inks.
