Don't forget about eBay when shopping for a new printer. Sometimes I wonder how they can sell that stuff so cheap and make a profit.

We are now stocking the Epson Hi Capacity T043120 black cartridge. Many people were asking about it. It is pigmented just like the OEM and is only
$14.95.

Purging the cartridge regularly is one of the most important steps in ensuring
a long cartridge life. The purging cycle is NOT the same as the cleaning cycle. If you don't know how to do this, read your printer manual, It's all in
there! The purge cycle consists of a process that heats all the jets in the
cartridge and then cleans them from the inside out. All purge cycles produce
a grid which consists of vertical and horizontal lines which represent all the
jets in the cartridge.

If you want to waterproof your prints go to your local shoe repair or shoe
store and pick up a can of "Waproo". Lay down some newspaper and put your print down face up and spray a small amount on it. You will have a
water and stain resistant image. Waproo retails for about $7.00 a can.
-----
If you have accidentally put the colors in the wrong chambers when you refilled your cartridge, you can flush your cartridge out and start over. Using
your syringe and needle, suck out as much ink as you can. Then inject water,
or a cartridge flush solution, until it runs almost clear (make sure and hold
the cartridge so that the colors don't mix as the water flushes the ink out).
Now, extract as much water as you can and then inject fresh ink.
-----
Epson chip resetters are not just for refillers. If you only use OEM or generic
cartridges you can routinely get 100+ more pages from a cartridge if you reset the chip after the printer locks up and says you must replace the
cartridge. When the cartridge is really dry remove the chip with a razor blade
and sell them on eBay. You can get $5.00 a piece for them. Get your resetters here:
